Microsoft has admitted that their newest operating system Windows Vista and their latest Zune media players are not compatible.
Buried in the Zune website, Microsoft admits that the player is not compatible with Vista and gives no information as to when it will introduce a patch or update enabling the player to do so. Instead, users are asked to “check back soon for updates”.
It is expected that a new patch to make Windows Vista compatible with Zune will be releasted in the month of January. Vista will be launched for business this month and for retail in the month of January.
